Meet The Team of Educators​
      A registered Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in the state of New York with more than 10 years experience in dealing with pain and musculoskeletal injury. He uses his knowledge in human body mechanics, movement and functional patterns in the evaluation and treatment of muscular imbalances -- a Kinesiologist by profession in his country, Philippines. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) with more than 15 years experience as a conditioning coach, helping athletes and clients achieve their optimal performance and health. Because of his knowledge and experience in fitness and rehab, his approach to wellness and fitness has always been holistic.
Jesus F. Zulueta
     Jedryk is always up to the challenge in trying new things, always open for self improvement and continues to learn and better himself everyday. He has been a Physical Therapy faculty as well as a local board lecturer for the PTOT Board Exams since 2013.
      Jedryk is a consistent honors student in his entire academic life and ended being the Top 7 of the local PT board exams (Feb. 2013) with an average of 84.20%. He practiced his PT profession in the Sports and Fitness setting and was Internationally Accredited by the Rehab Trainer Certification (Australia)
      At present, the speaker is a licensed Physiotherapist in the state of Connecticut, United States of America and works for MedPro Healthcare Staffing (based in Florida, USA) as the International Operations Consultant and Educator for National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) Review Program.

Jedryk Kristofer Quitzon
       Being a nutritionist-dietitian specializing in sports and fitness nutrition, a nurse, and fitness coach, Mabelle is able to effectively guide clients with both nutrition and fitness. She is an International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN) certified Sports Nutrition Specialist, American
College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified Personal Trainer and Health Fitness Specialist (Exercise is Medicine, EIM-certified.)
       With strong healthcare background as foundation (placed 8th in the 2001 Nutritionist-Dietitians Board Exam), solid nutrition practice, diverse clientele range and exposure, as well as her passion for continuous learning, makes her one of the resource persons who has a lot to share about nutrition, health, and fitness.
Mabelle P. Aban
​      He is the founder of SOMATIC Therasystem Association, a group of practicing therapists (manual therapists, osteopaths, acupuncturists and doctors) that aims to strengthen manual therapy profession through continuing education and hands on trainings. He was a graduate of Physical Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas where he also finished his Masters in Physical Therapy (Orthopedic Track). He finished Graduate Diploma in Manipulative Therapy and also holds a certificate in acupuncture.

      He also an accredited top level instructor of Nasara Kinesiology tape, South Korea. Currently, he is affliated with three clinics where he manage "last resort" patients hoping that they will no longer need to go through surgeries. He is also a faculty member of the University of Santo Tomas. He is the Asian coordinator and faculty member for Osteopathic College of Ontario where his finished Diplomate in Osteopathic Manipulative Theories and Practice (DO-MTP). He is also a student of Ola Grimsby Institute's Doctor of Manual Therapy Program. He believes the success of a practice is through hands on integrative manual therapies, clinical reasoning and working with other professionals.
Leomil P. Adriano
       Patrick is a physiotherapist who is very passionate about spreading his knowledge about health and fitness. He started his career in 2009 as a physiotherapist and a pilates instructor, where he honed his skills on flexibility, and building core stabilization and strength.

       Currently working as a physiotherapist, fitness instructor, and educator, he is still able to sharpen his skills through learning more evidence-based practices and its applications, and sharing it with other professionals who are also interested in the pursuit of further knowledge.
John Patrick S. Daya
     Connie Fortich started in the Fitness industry in 2000 as a Marketing and Events Specialist for Fitness International (one of the very few popular fitness centers at that time alongside Clark Hatch. In 2003, Connie began her career as a Fitness Professional by teaching Cardiokickboxing in Fitness International and Punch Bag Aerobics in Red Corner Boxing Club. Her Personal Training career started in the same year in her Clients’ homes. In 2004, Gold’s Gym Philippines Glorietta hired her as one of its Group Exercise instructors, and eventually as a (freelance) Personal Trainer.

     Some of the gyms and health clubs Connie frequents to train her Clients and teach group exercise classes are FTX Fitness Exchange, Makati Shangri-la Health Club, DFit Gym in Dusit Hotel, The Fitness Factory, and The Columns Legaspi Mega Gym. She passed the American Council on Exercise Personal Trainer’s Certification in 2009 and 2014. Connie was the Club General Manager of Fitness First Platinum RCBC in 2014-2015 when the branch won the Club of the Year award for both Philippines and Asia. She is currently juggling her role as an Editor for with her fitness profession. She is a Brand Ambassador for Skechers Performance Philippines and Reflex Nutrition (for Chris Sports PH).
